As a personal trainer who can react in different ways. CARDIO ABS DIET! Eat more protein and eat less 4-6 days! This will reduce the amount you eat at every meal. Sweat all day. SEND AN E-MAIL ME IF YOU NEED SPECIAL!

The current scientific evidence is that it can reduce body fat in situ, that this question implies that there is no diet, belly fat **. Remove **

A soft underbelly is usually the result of underdevelopment of the abdominal muscles and excessive body fat. Different people store fat in different areas, but the amount of fat that are targeted, not the place. If you reduce body fat is usually sufficient to reduce, belly fat as well.

You can not lose fat if you have less calories than you - consume food, the law of thermodynamics. No need for a drastic reduction in calories, but that is really the body can store more fat as a survival mechanism makes.

The best way is to reduce calorie intake a bit to keep the amount of exercise (when you say you have too little movement), and strong focus on developing the muscles of the abdomen to. Increase (your intake of water and fiber to their sense of "full" increases, allowing you to eat fewer calories), eliminate junk food to RENeedless to move fats (fried foods, cream, chocolate, etc.) and unnecessary sugars (sweets, soft drinks, sugar, honey, etc.) for some time.

Most plans are rubbish. Food burn fewer calories than you burn fat and your body to compensate. Increase in muscle mass and your body will be more effective for burning calories even at rest. However, some foods that are interested in the loss of fat (grapefruit have shown comes to mind), but you'll have more joy stick to coaching specific diet plans.

You can not lose fat in a certain area, the work of a particular mucsle. Disribution fat is genetic. Will lose fat is usually in areas where the majority is stored as fat. The best is to lose weight to produce a negative calorie balance of spending more energy than you consume foods low in calories (1200-1500kCal/day) and exercise to burn 250kCal/day about 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise. Do resistance exercises such as crunches can not help raise the tone of the abdominal muscles, but fat loss in this area than all other exercises.

Central obesity, abdominal fat is commonly known, is the accumulation of fat deposited between the internal organs in the chest resulted in an increase in the waist. There is a strong correlation between abdominal obesity and cardiovascular disease.

While central obesity can be easily evident by looking at the naked body is, is determined the severity of abdominal obesity by measuring waist and hips. The absolute waist circumference (> 102 cm in men or> 88 cm in women) and waist-hip ratio (> 0.9 in men and>) are 0.85 for women employed as measures of central obesity.

Prevention

Adequate avoid aerobic exercise and a healthy diet to central obesity, and weight loss in these methods is the best way to reverse the condition.

Aerobic exercise

Aerobic exercise refers to exercise that or the effort to improve oxygen consumption by the body. Aerobic means "with oxygen" and refers to the use of oxygen in the process of generating the body or energy metabolism. Many types of sportsare aerobic, and by definition are performed at moderate intensity levels for longer periods. Achieve the best results, includes an aerobics session, a warming period of at least 20 minutes, followed by moderate to intense exercise with large muscle groups, and a cooling off period at the end.

Healthy Eating

A healthy diet includes eating the foods they consume adequate amounts of all food groups, including a sufficient amount of water. Since human nutrition is complex a healthy diet may vary widely and depends on the genetic makeup of a person, environment and health. About 20% of the human population, food shortages and malnutrition, the main obstacles for people with healthy eating.Conversely in developed countries have the opposite problem, you are more concerned about obesity.

Hey. I am 5'8''y weighs about 120 ... Before, I was ten pounds heavier, and then I started to run. I know its boring, but actually the best way to go to ... miles, you will build and continue to enjoy it .. Just listen to the music. When you have finished your running workout, do 2 sets of 20,20,20 ... my track coach is a big fan do 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups and 20 push the cross .. it works better than the ABS, to a training AB. In addition to the Special K diet ... surprising that it works. Good luck!

Plans do not work. If you're going be satisfied with their weight, perhaps to the gym? You could do at home, actually. Maybe buy videos and work at home, but you have to. To work in the stomach area, you can place a pillow / ball on the ground and lay down on it (set it to below the lower back) and squats. Start slowly and make more and more each day until you see the results. You have to push themselves every day. :) Hope this helps!
