How can a pregnant woman fight tiredness? - how to fight the tiredness when pregnant

Hello! I wonder how can a pregnant woman with a child against the constant fatigue and lack of motivation to fight? I do not drink too much caffiene B / C, they are not really for the baby to be good. Thank you!

The only thing I found that it make way for a nap. If a has your child, you must have at least 45 minutes to nap. It will help you more than you can imagine.

Yes, stay away from caffeine! I have two months when she was pregnant, I slept as much as I wanted. However, this is my first and have a little baby, and if it was not possible. Try to eat an apple, because they contain naturally caffiene. Any fruit that is the natural sugar in them. They also sell coffee, which is half the caffiene in it.

So, if you are pregnant then u should alooooooooooot have enough sleep and eat lots of healthy foods.
